One of the most important changes we can make to improve our health is to increase or levels of physical activity and to lose weight. Changing our routine can often be a big, scary step at first and can seem like a massive commitment. Friends can help to motivate you.But a friend is prone to temptation just like you are. Your exercise routine may become less of a priority when a lie in is on the cards.I suggest you go one better, what could be better than an exercise partner who always wants to work out? A dog.
Why not combine your own health with pet health? You should be walking regularly if you have a dog anyway. But there’s always room for improvement. Dog owners testify that it’s easy to do a short walk morning and night. In Britain we have the advantage of never being far from the countryside or the park, even in the cities. We have so many great places to walk your dog. And I bet you’ll find the countryside more attractive than the suburbs.
Both you and your dog will feel great after country walks. There are advantages such as lifted mood to be taken from exercise. It’ll also help you in your quest to lose those last few pounds.It’s also a great way to enjoy your dog’s company; and your family’s if they join you, or to get some peace and quiet. Above all, it won’t cost you a thing.
Pet health and your health are vitally important. So is your bond with your pet. Exercising together is the best way to take care of each other.
